Step-by-step instructions to install and activate your VoyeSim eSIM on iPhone and Android devices.

eSIM Installation Guide

Before You Begin

Please confirm the following before purchasing or installing an eSIM:

• Your device supports eSIM technology. Check device compatibility.
- Your device is carrier-unlocked. A carrier-locked device will not accept third-party eSIMs.
- You have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection for the installation process.
- We recommend installing your eSIM before departing for your destination.

Step 1: Purchase Your eSIM

Browse our destination catalog, select a plan that fits your travel needs, and complete checkout. Your eSIM QR code will be delivered instantly to your VoyeSim account and email.

Step 2: Install on iPhone (iOS 17+)

1. Open SettingsCellular (or Mobile Data) → Add eSIM.
2. Tap Use QR Code.
3. Point your camera at the QR code displayed in your VoyeSim account or email.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
5. When asked, label the new line (e.g., "Travel Data").
6. You may keep the eSIM disabled until you arrive at your destination.

Tip: If your iPhone supports direct installation, you can also tap the "Scan QR to Install" button from your order confirmation page for one-tap setup.

Step 2: Install on Android

1. Open SettingsNetwork & Internet (or Connections) → SIMsAdd eSIM.
2. Tap Scan QR Code or Download eSIM.
3. Scan the QR code from your VoyeSim account or email.
4. Follow the prompts to complete installation.
5. You may keep the eSIM disabled until you arrive at your destination.

Note: Menu names may vary slightly depending on your device manufacturer (Samsung, Google Pixel, etc.).

Step 3: Activate at Your Destination

When you arrive at your travel destination:

1. Open SettingsCellular (iPhone) or SIMs (Android).
2. Enable your VoyeSim eSIM line.
3. Turn on Data Roaming for the eSIM line.
4. Set the VoyeSim line as your default data line (if you have multiple SIMs).
5. You should connect to a local network within a few seconds.

Troubleshooting

If you experience connection issues after activation:

• Toggle Airplane Mode on and off.
- Restart your device.
- Ensure Data Roaming is enabled for the eSIM line.
- Manually select a network: Settings → Cellular → Network Selection → switch off Automatic and select an available network.
- Ensure you are within the coverage area of your purchased plan.
