These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VoyeSim platform, website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by EitmadTech LLC ("VoyeSim", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Definitions

"Customer" or "you" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Services, whether as a direct purchaser or through a VoyeSim partner. "eSIM" refers to an embedded SIM profile delivered digitally for mobile data connectivity. "Partner" refers to any business entity authorized to resell VoyeSim services through our Partner Program.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Services

VoyeSim provides digital eSIM data plans for use in 200+ destinations worldwide. Plans include country-specific, regional, and global options. All plans are data-only unless explicitly stated otherwise. VoyeSim acts as an authorized reseller of eSIM services provided by third-party connectivity infrastructure providers.

4. Account Registration

To make a purchase, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Purchases and Pricing

All prices displayed on our platform are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though any change will not affect orders already placed and paid for. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our authorized payment processors. We accept credit/debit cards and wallet payments where available.

6. eSIM Delivery and Installation

Upon successful payment, your eSIM QR code is delivered instantly via your VoyeSim account and email. It is your responsibility to ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchase. VoyeSim is not responsible for purchases made for incompatible devices.

7. eSIM Usage and Activation

Each eSIM is intended for use on a single device only. Plan validity begins upon first connection to a network in the covered destination, unless otherwise specified. Data allowances, validity periods, and coverage areas are as described on the plan details page at the time of purchase. VoyeSim is not responsible for network coverage, speed, or availability, as these depend on local carrier infrastructure.

8. Fair Usage

Some plans may be subject to a fair usage policy, which will be clearly indicated on the plan details page. Customers who exceed fair usage thresholds may experience reduced speeds for the remainder of their plan validity. VoyeSim reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for any customer found to be abusing the network, engaging in illegal activity, or using the service in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the VoyeSim platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of EitmadTech LLC or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoyeSim and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of our Services. VoyeSim does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, specific network speeds, or coverage in every location within a listed destination.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoyeSim, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of the United States of America.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our Services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
